Tahlia | Therapy Assistant

Meet Tahlia, a true Sunshine Coast native with a passion for all things outdoors, health, and wellness.
When she’s not soaking up the sun at the beach or exploring new destinations, Tahlia is busy pursuing her honors degree in psychology and has dreams of becoming a clinical psychologist specialising in nutritional psychology and holistic health.
With a background in personal training, disability support, and running her own online wellness business, Tahlia brings a unique perspective and a strong desire to help children and young people establish healthy habits early on.
Fueled by the sun (and the occasional matcha), Tahlia’s infectious energy and passion for life are evident in everything she does. When she’s not studying or working, you can find her cooking up a storm in the kitchen, hitting the gym, or planning her next adventure – all while quoting Gilmore Girls – of course!
A firm believer in manifestation and the law of attraction, Tahlia’s positive spirit and dedication to helping others make her a wonderful addition to the More Than Able family.

Factoids about Tahlia:

  • In the last 12 months, Tahlia spent two months exploring Europe, traveled around the UK in a campervan, ran a half marathon in New Zealand, and went on countless weekend camping trips.
  • Tahlia has been watching Gilmore Girls since she was in the womb and can recite any line from the show on demand.
